Café del Píngaro: Pasión por el café

En Café del Píngaro creemos que un buen café comienza en la tierra. Nuestros cultivos se encuentran a más de 1.800 metros sobre el nivel del mar, donde el clima, el suelo y la tradición cafetera de la región del Guavio nos permiten cosechar granos únicos.

La recolección se hace grano a grano, de forma manual, garantizando que solo los frutos maduros lleguen al proceso. Posteriormente, aplicamos el beneficio húmedo y secado al sol, prácticas que han demostrado mantener las propiedades naturales del café.

Este cuidado en cada etapa da como resultado un café con mejor cuerpo, aroma, sabor y acidez balanceada, el cual ha obtenido excelentes calificaciones en pruebas de catación.

El nombre “Píngaro” proviene de la cumbre más prominente de la montaña, y simboliza nuestra búsqueda constante de alcanzar la excelencia desde lo más alto.
